It's funny how few people use umbrellas here though. I wish I had a cute one, all I have is a broken one. I'm glad you got to enjoy the rain today.Jennifer Lovellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00620872883706842592noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8630979976490932348.post-7608348970403809742011-04-25T13:05:57.523-06:002011-04-25T13:05:57.523-06:00I like a good thunderstorm now and then myself. My dad, who liked to take us fishing when we were kids, told us spring rainstorms "woke up the bullheads" (a fish we caught, kind of like a catfish), which buried their heads in the silty river bottoms during the winter. I have no idea if that's true, but it worked to change our attitudes about rainy days in early spring! That, and "April showers bring May flowers."Paulettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06181665241824945247noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8630979976490932348.post-52981303582234853992011-04-25T10:56:47.932-06:002011-04-25T10:56:47.932-06:00No rain up here, yet.
