A Week of Giveaways Day 4: Double Pinwheel String Quilt Journal

In the crazy quilt of life, I'm glad you're in my block of friends.
–Unknown

Today's giveaway is this super cute Quilt Journal {don't look too closely — my quilting is wonky, none of my centers match and I pieced the black pinwheels wrong and ended up cutting off all the points on them. I'm going with, I meant to do that.} I used the Double Pinwheel String Quilt tutorial by P. over at The Way I Sew It. She did an absolutely beautiful job on her quilt and I wanted something pretty like that to carry around with me and collect ideas in for my quilt projects. There are clever quilting quotes, dividers for keeping track of things in different categories, 40 blank pages and 10 double-sided graph paper pages for ideas and notes and designs {click on the photo for a closer look}.

To enter this giveaway, leave a comment on this post.

• You can enter each giveaway during the week only once {with the exception of the $50 machine quilting gift certificate}. However if you spread the word about my week of giveaways by posting on your blog and sending people on over to check it out, you can have one additional entry on one giveaway of your choice. After you post, leave a comment on the giveaway post for which you'd like a second entry with a link to your post.
• Non-blogging and international entrants are welcome. If you do not have a Google account, use the name/url or anonymous commenting options and make sure you leave me a way to contact you if you win.
• Duplicate posts or comments with no contact information will be deleted.
• The giveaway will close at 10:00 pm {MST} on Friday, January 21. Winner will be chosen by random drawing and announced by 5:00 pm on January 22.

  14. Maybe, just maybe I would quilt more with this fancy little notebook to keep me motivated. As I type I have fabric laying on my floor waiting to be cut to sew a cute little bag. We'll see when (not if) I get around to it.
