Let the rain kiss you. Let the rain beat upon your head with silver liquid drops. Let the rain sing you a lullaby. –Langston Hughes
It is raining buckets here today.
I love rain.
I love the sound of it on the roof.
It makes my flower gardens happy.
I wonder if the Cullens will come out and play today?
Because it is such a lovely, rainy Monday , I thought I'd share my favorite song about rainy Mondays. Check out the bass player. How awesome is she!?!
I hope you enjoy your Monday, how ever it comes to you. I know I'll be enjoying mine. I have the perfect umbrella for it.

No rain up here, yet. It's supposed to hit us late afternoon, I think.
I like a good thunderstorm now and then myself. My dad, who liked to take us fishing when we were kids, told us spring rainstorms "woke up the bullheads" (a fish we caught, kind of like a catfish), which buried their heads in the silty river bottoms during the winter. I have no idea if that's true, but it worked to change our attitudes about rainy days in early spring! That, and "April showers bring May flowers."
Hey, I didn't know you love rain! Did you know I love rain, too? That's what I love about Oregon, Oregon winters, and I feel so lucky to live through months and months of rain. It's funny how few people use umbrellas here though. I wish I had a cute one, all I have is a broken one. I'm glad you got to enjoy the rain today.
Read your blog and we started to have sprinkling rain...Post more, post more...
