Sunday Sermons: Even A Child Can Understand

People who try to find God sometimes think that they have to look for him in intellectually complicated concepts. However, our Heavenly Father is always available to us; He adapts to our level of understanding.

That is a great thought! we can find our Heavenly Father any time at all. It just takes our searching and efforts and He is there.

I'm often amazed at my own little boys, and how much they can grasp. Lizard Boy (isn't that what you called him?) just seems to understand and acknowledge so much of the gospel. Mouse has these random bits of gospel truth that he has to tell me. I can't imagine not taking them to church, to give them the opportunity to absorb and know for themselves.
I love the clip where the little girl brings the butterfly to show Christ. His face shows so much love for her and shows her that right now, she is the most important thing. It makes me want to try that much harder with my boys. Thanks for sharing.
